TrigDrive is a car marketplace platform based in Ghana. We connect buyers with quality, verified vehicles and assist sellers in listing and selling their cars. TrigDrive acts as an agent — we inspect, verify, list, and sell vehicles on behalf of sellers. We do not allow direct seller listings on our platform.
2. Use of Our Website
By using this website, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting any form or enquiry

3. Our Services
TrigDrive offers three core services:
- Buy a Car — Browse and enquire about verified vehicles listed on our platform
- Sell a Car — Submit your vehicle for inspection and sale through TrigDrive
- Documentation Support — Assistance with vehicle transfer paperwork, available exclusively to TrigDrive buyers and sellers
All vehicles listed on TrigDrive have been physically inspected by our team prior to listing. However, we recommend that buyers conduct their own due diligence before completing any purchase.
4. No Direct Seller Listings
TrigDrive does not permit individuals to list vehicles directly on our platform. All listings are created and managed exclusively by the TrigDrive team following our inspection process. If you wish to sell your vehicle through TrigDrive, you must submit it via our Sell My Car form for review.
5. Enquiries and Transactions
Submitting an enquiry or a car for sale through TrigDrive does not constitute a binding agreement. TrigDrive reserves the right to decline any vehicle submission or buyer enquiry at our discretion. All final sale agreements are handled directly between TrigDrive and the relevant parties.
6. Accuracy of Listings
We make every effort to ensure that vehicle listings on our platform are accurate and up to date. However, TrigDrive does not guarantee that all information is free from error and accepts no liability for any inaccuracies. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TrigDrive and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
